Catalyst and OneSky Housing Society have created a much-needed affordable rental housing project in Downtown Penticton, close to entertainment like Landmark Cinemas and other activities such as restaurants, shops and the local Bike Barn.
The Rise provides 56 affordable rental homes (studios to three-bedroom apartments) suitable for families and individuals. A portion of the homes will be designed to accommodate people with physical disabilities.

Hannelore consists of four levels of affordable rental housing, atop of the Church and a commercial space. The new Oakridge Plaza development adjacent will offer residents access to shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, and a host of other services. Hannelore is jointly owned by the OLC Housing Society and operated by Catalyst Community Developments Society.
